Oven roasted veg in spicy dhal sauce with coconut milk.
Ingredients: Sweet potato, lentil, courgette, tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic, coconut milk, coriander, umin, cloves, caraway seeds, fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, turmeric, smoked paprika, Kashmiri chilli powder.
Dietary: Vegan.
Defrost Instructions:
o Defrost before cooking.
o Remove from plastic container and transfer to a saucepan.
o Simmer over a medium heat for 5-10 minutes until piping hot. Stir well & make sure it is heated all the way through. Serve with rice.
