Browns Cheese - Cottage Cheese 200g

This is an American style large curd cottage cheese which is high in protein. Cottage cheese has a mild flavour and is a cheese curd product. Cottage cheese can be eaten by itself with fruits toast or even used in salads. The cheese is creamy lumpy and sold in pots.

Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s skimmed milk cream cultures salt and rennet.
