Tropical Heat Githeri Masala Spice Seasoning 100g
Coriander, Cumin, Onion Powder, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Garlic, Bay leaves, Cinnamon, Ginger, Chillies, Salt & Corn Starch.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until brown. Add the cooked Githeri( Beans & Maize) and 1/2 cup of water for sauce, together with 1 teaspoon of the Tropical Heat Githeri Masala and salt. Bring to boil for 1 minute. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
