Brown’s is a soft fresh goat’s cheese that is great for baking or eating in a salad. It is also popular amongst anyone with an intolerance to cow’s milk and is recognized as being lower in fat and higher in vitamin A and potassium. Brown’s Chevre is marinated in oil and fresh herbs selected from the garden.
