Caroline’s Gingerbread Gluten Free Cookie Mix with Cassava Flour makes 20 cookies.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 70g butter or magarine
  • 30ml milk
  • 1 egg

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease the baking pan and lightly flour to avoid sticking or use parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, add the cookies mix, butter (OR margarine), water and egg. Mix until well combined and knead well to form a dough.
3. Roll the dough and cut out the desired shapes and place them on a baking tray.
4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.

Wheat flour, sugar, leavening agents, mixed spices, vanilla.
