Ingredients: Cassava rice, tapioca starch, gluten free baking powder.
- Mix the flour and sugar
- Add water and mix
- Add the egg or banana and whisk. If too thick, add some water
- Pre heat a pan and brush with some cooking oil or butter.
- Pour the batter. Let it cook until it forms bubbles on the top.
- Flip and cook on the other side.
